Arun Kumar Banerjee Arun Kumar Banerjee retired as the Secretary and Financial Advisor to the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India, in October 1990. His 7-year stint with the MEA remained the most cherished and intellectually stimulating period of his professional career. During this time, he was also closely associated with the Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR).
